Financial And Insurance Information
Payment for professional
services is due at the conclusion of each visit. For portions of the payment
not covered by insurers, we ask that patients take care of their share at that
time. If this is not possible, someone in our Financial Office will discuss
with you, prior to your treatment appointment, any special needs in handling
your account. Insurance claims will be filled by our office electronically.
Patients with approved coverage will receive a monthly bill by mail, with balances
due within 15 days of receipt. Monthly statements will continue until all balances
are paid. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, cash, personal check
and debit cards.
